This guide has been created to help you feel fully prepared, informed, and confident leading up to your wedding. Inside, you’ll find everything you need to know about what to expect, how to prepare, and how we will work together to ensure your day flows beautifully.

Preparation & Details
💍 Have Your Detail Items Ready
Please have all of your detail pieces gathered and ready when I arrive. This includes your rings, invitation suite, shoes, perfume, jewelry, and any sentimental items you would like photographed. Having everything together in one place allows us to begin smoothly and capture beautiful, intentional detail images right away.
✨ Prepare Your Flat Lay Items
Flat lays are carefully styled detail images that tell the story of your wedding day. To create these, please have your stationery, rings, accessories, and any meaningful heirlooms available together. If you have specific colors, florals, or styling elements you’d like included, feel free to let me know ahead of time.
👗 Keep Getting-Ready Spaces Clean
Whenever possible, please keep your getting-ready areas as tidy and clutter-free as possible. Natural light, clean backgrounds, and minimal distractions help create elevated, timeless images that focus on emotion and detail.
🤍 Coordinate with Your Planner (If Applicable)
If you are working with a wedding planner, please provide them with my contact information so we can coordinate your timeline and ensure photography is seamlessly built into your day.
Wedding Day Process
💕 Couple Portraits
Please provide a list of all desired family groupings ahead of time. This helps keep portraits organized and efficient so you can get back to enjoying your day as quickly as possible.
👨👩👧 Family Photos
We will set aside time for couple portraits, often during the best natural light of the day if possible. I will gently guide you so everything feels natural, effortless, and relaxed.
🎶 Communication on the Day
On your wedding day, I will work closely with your planner (if you have one) to ensure everything stays on track. I will also help guide the flow of photography so the day feels seamless and stress-free.
✈️ Travel Fees (If Applicable)
Please ensure there is clear and easy access to the venue on the day of your wedding. If there are any parking restrictions, gated entry, or specific arrival instructions, kindly share these with me in advance so I can plan accordingly.
🚗 Parking & Access
If your wedding location is outside of my standard coverage area, any applicable travel fees will be discussed and confirmed prior to your booking. This ensures full transparency and no surprises along the way.
🌿 Weather & Backup Plan (Outdoor Weddings)
For outdoor weddings, we will always keep weather in mind when planning your timeline. If needed, we will work together with your planner or venue to adjust accordingly or move to a suitable backup location to ensure your day is still beautifully documented without interruption.
